Hotel staff is super nice and helpful :) Rooms are really nice decorated and large enough for families. Hotel is very kids friendly, you have to pay extra for the kids club but it's a nice one my daughter loved it. Hotel is next to the water park and there is a transit entry point for hotel guests which is so good. Hotel is not next to beach but they always arrange buggy cars and they are always on time ! Generally nice experience as a family.

This is our 1st time to Desaru ,stay in Hard Rock Hotel.. although is very far inside, bt very near to beach n water park.. their staffs r very friendly n polite, I mean all staffs, include those cleaners, they wil greet u with their smile. Faculties oso very gd.. my family very enjoy to stay there. Wil definitely stay there again when fo desaru. This time, we wil drive there, cos if wan go other places, is quite difficult without a car.

It was my husband's birthday celebration. I msg them regards to my request for a cake order..they have asked their room service to contact me..they are so prompt and to my surprise they accommodate my request at that hour @almost midnight of 23December...they were so thoughtful even brought a sparkle candle and a lighter...really I have to say a Big thank you to all the staff of Hard Rock for the hospitality...from the security guard to check in restaurants and really all the staff ... salute to the management..again our sincere thank you..

This is a family friendly hotel which is suitable for families that have kids. The staffs are so kind and sensitive as my boy is a visually impaired child, they are helpful all times. I like the pre checked in service where this hotel is the only i came across where there was a greetings from them before I reached. There are quite numbers of questions I asked because this was my first time there. The operator was so patience and take times to answer me though Whatsapp only which I feel more secure before going in the hotel. Overall the food, facilities are very good well maintained. I will go back again with my parents next round as I think they will love it very much too.

The design of the room was great. I like the changing area and separated toilet and bathroom. Hotel breakfast was good too. The service is good as we can communicate with front desk via WhatsApp which is helpful. We can also order food via the menu on TV. They have wheelchair friendly room. The pool has music, which is unique. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It has direct access to the water park.

1. Breakfast spread - heavenly. 2. 1st day breakfst, 22nd Sunday - it was really good as there was assistance from the team that showed us around. 3.Car valet parking 4. Easy check out 5. Ou bags was sent to the room directly 6. Aircond in the room is prepared for us - this is a nice gesture from theHotel for the guests - I find this very hospitable after a very long drive from Seremban.

Great resort, good location - not on the beach though however on demand buggy service is available to Westin where Hard Rock hotel guest can also use the beach. Great and friendly staff, they were always willing to help and made our stay memorable. Clay, did the Memorabilia tour for us and showed us some of the "rock-star memorabilia" located at various sections of the hotel - a must do tour that happens twice daily. Clay was exceptional as was the rest of the hotel crew, not all of whose name i recall.

The room can fit the 3 of us comfortably with views overlooking the water park..privacy too..everything was in working condition except the scale..equipped with mini expresso a plus..breakfast was delicious..easy check in and self check out too..you won't be bored inside your room so many channels to choose from Hard Rock Cafe Music and Bose sound system..and Messi Burger was delicious too..

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially since we have an autistic child. The reception was incredibly understanding and helpful. Additionally, the location was perfect-convenient and easy access.
